Introduction
The Board of World Mining Investments (WMI) is responsible for determining the company’s “risk profile” and is responsible for overseeing the company’s risk management strategy and policies, and internal compliance and control.

Risk
As set out in the WMI Charter, the company is managed by the President and the management team.

In addition, the management team is subject to its own internal risk management policies and procedures.
